All of our Certified Lenders must have 6 years of continuous experience ”in the business” and be willing to submit to on-going customer satisfaction measurement and monitoring.  Additionally, all lenders are required to place a current resume on-file with our offices and continually report-out their loan products, rate, costs and requirements.
