Each Certified Broker must prove that they are in the top 20% of producing brokers in their area. In other words, they must have personally brokered more residential housing than approximately 80% of their peers.  We believe that the best brokers will consistently have the best client following. 

Additionally, we require that each Certified Broker have at least 6 years of continuous experience “in the business” and submit to a yearly customer service satisfaction survey. Further, all Certified Brokers must have a verified resume on file with our offices.
